WHAT IS THE "CULTURE IN THE CLOUDS" PROJECT?
The "Culture in the Clouds" project is implemented under:
- Program: European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027;
- Priority I: European Funds for a more competitive and intelligent Mazovia;
- Measure 1.2: E-services;
- Main Objective: A more competitive and intelligent Europe by supporting innovative and intelligent economic transformation and regional digital connectivity;
- Specific Objective: Reaping the benefits of digitalization for citizens, businesses, research organizations, and public institutions.
The project is part of the implementation of the Mazovian Voivodeship Development Strategy 2030+: Innovative Mazovia and expands digital activities supporting cultural institutions and increasing residents' access to cultural events and resources.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The main objectives of the project are:
- providing modern digital tools enabling the use of online cultural services and content,
- developing the technical and IT infrastructure of cultural institutions,
- digitizing cultural resources and making them available as e-services,
- supporting cultural education using digital tools,
- promoting cultural heritage through modern media.
WHO IS THIS PROJECT FOR?
The project's activities are aimed at:
- cultural institutions – museums, theaters, and libraries,
- non-governmental organizations and associations active in the cultural sphere,
- students, students, and teachers,
- residents of the Mazovia region – as active participants and recipients of digital culture.
PLANNED PROJECT RESULTS
The project aims to achieve the following results:
- modernization of the digital culture platform, providing access to cultural events, educational materials, and exhibitions,
- creation and implementation of modern e-culture services,
- digitization and provision of access to museum collections,
- equipping cultural institutions with ICT infrastructure and digital content management tools,
- technical, IT, and substantive support for project participants in its implementation.

- Project Value: PLN 21,150,000
- European Regional Development Fund: PLN 13,750,724.96
- Own contribution: PLN 7,399,275.04
