We invite you to release your energy and engage in a creative dialogue inspired by free action and artistic experimentation. The afternoon workshops provide space for body, mind, and relationships. Participants can choose from two types of activities:
- Movement: on warm days on the patio, on cold days in the exhibition halls. We don't learn specific steps or dance techniques—we enjoy rhythm and music as a group. The activities allow us to better experience our bodies, relax our minds, and connect with art and ourselves.
- The Art of Relaxation: Art workshops in the educational room for those who want to relax their minds and let their hands be creative. Through color, texture, and working with unusual materials (including kinusajga and marbling techniques), we awaken the senses, open perspectives, and support manual dexterity and fine motor skills. What matters is the process, the pleasure of creating, and the moments of free artistic creation.
What do participants gain?
- space for body and mind
- the opportunity to experience the creative process
- an opportunity to develop new skills and express yourself freely
